About the Association
The Contra Costa Grand Jurors Association is an all-volunteer organization, comprised of former Contra Costa County civil grand jurors. Our mission is to promote, preserve, and support the Civil Grand Jury system through training, education, and outreach to foster transparency, accountability, and performance of government in Contra Costa County.
Our objectives are to promote and recruit new and diverse members of the Civil Grand Jury, conduct training for members of the Civil Grand Jury, follow up on the recommendation of the Civil Grand Jury, and raise awareness of the Grand Jury system and its accomplishments.
The Contra Costa Grand Jury Association is proud to be a chapter of the California Grand Jury Association.

VISION: An informed public understands, appreciates, and supports the role and importance of the Civil Grand Jury system in enhancing the transparency, accountability, and performance of local and regional government in Contra Costa County.
MISSION: To promote, preserve, and support the Civil Grand Jury system through training, education, and outreach to foster transparency, accountability, and performance of government in Contra Costa County.

GOALS:
1. Promote and recruit new and diverse members of the Civil Grand Jury
